Albert Einstein Medical Center (Employer) appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming in part and modifying in part a decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) in which the WCJ held that Employer was not responsible for paying certain medical expenses incurred by Ronald Perkins (Claimant) prior to the date on which the WCJ determined that such expenses were unreasonable and unnecessary.
