In this dissolution action, the trial court awarded Karen Jennings one-half of Michael Jennings' military retirement, but none of his military disability pay. After entry of the dissolution decree, the military determined that Michael's disability had worsened and, therefore, increased his disability pay, but reduced his retirement. Because this reduced Karen's share of the retirement from $813.50 to $136 per month, she moved to vacate the decree...
