This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants in a personal injury case. The plaintiff, who was employed at a hospital, sued several ambulance companies plus a tow truck company for negligence on the alleged ground that voluminous engine exhaust fumes from their vehicles permeated the area of the hospital in which he worked to such an extent that the plaintiff suffered carbon monoxide poisoning and consequent permanent injuries...
