Svacina, was indicted on two counts: (I) possession with the intent to distribute more than 100 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine, relating to a transaction on August 22, 1995; and (II) attempt to possess with the intent to distribute more than 100 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine, relating to a transaction on November 3, 1995...
