Robert Keymer sued Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI) alleging MRI terminated his employment because of his age. MRI moved for an order staying all proceedings pending arbitration. The District Court1 denied the motion concluding that the parties' employment agreement excluded the dispute from arbitration. MRI appeals the denial of the motion to stay the action pending arbitration.
