Springfield Township Educational Support Personnel Association (Association) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (the trial court) which reversed the award of an arbitrator. For the reasons which follow, we reverse the order of the trial court and reinstate the arbitrator's award.
