General Trading Corporation ("General Trading") appeals the circuit court's decision upholding the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board's ("the Board") decision denying General Trading's claim for compensation from the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board Transaction Recovery Fund ("the Fund"). Finding no error, we affirm.
