Plaintiff motorists involved in an automobile accident sued defendant driver, driver's employer, and the employer's respective insurers alleging that driver was acting within the course and scope of his employment at the time of the accident. Following a jury trial, judgment was rendered in favor of defendants, Crewboats, Inc. and its respective insurers, dismissing plaintiffs' suit against them.
