Defendant Jane Shepard appeals a conditional guilty plea of possession of a controlled substance, a third degree felony in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8 (1996), possession of a controlled substance, a class B misdemeanor in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8, and possession of paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37a-5 (Supp.1997).
