GARRISON, Presiding Judge.

Richard Jones ("Movant") appeals the denial of his Rule 24.0351 motion after an evidentiary hearing. We conclude that the motion court was not clearly erroneous in denying the motion, and affirm.

Movant was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, § 571.030.1(4), RSMo Supp.1995, assault of a law enforcement officer in the second degree, § 565.082.1(1), and armed criminal action, § 571.015...
