Cheryl Jean Williams is a registered nurse and worked at four home-health agencies from May 25, 1995, to December 3, 1996. In 1997, Williams (plaintiff) was the subject of disciplinary action by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. After a hearing, the Board of Nursing ordered the revocation of her license as a registered nurse and assessed a $10,000.00 fine against her.
