Plaintiff, Vickie Fisher, appeals from an adverse summary judgment in her medical malpractice action against defendants, McCrary-Rost Clinic, P.C., and Dr. Yotin Keonin. The granting of summary judgment was premised on the application of the six-year statute of repose contained in Iowa Code section 614.1(9) (1995).
