Justin A. Wilt (Licensee) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County (trial court) dismissing his appeal and reinstating the one-year suspension of his driving privileges imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (PennDot).
