[¶ 1] Karl Gurschick appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Mead J.) affirming the judgment entered in the District Court (Bangor, Russell J.) in favor of Bangor Publishing Company ("BPC") on its breach of contract action.
