Ken Jenkins, Jr. and Kimberly Jenkins appeal the district court's2 grant of summary judgment to appellee after a mistrial, the district court's denial of appellants' motion for summary judgment, the district court's denial of appellant's motion for recusal and renewed motion for recusal and the district court's exclusion of the testimony of appellants' expert witness. We affirm.
