Appellant, Sherrand Owens Williams ("Williams"), appeals his conviction for capital murder. The jury found that Williams conspired with others to rob a pawn shop and that a victim was shot and killed in furtherance of that conspiracy. In nine points of error, Williams contends: (1) the trial court erred by admitting a witness's pretrial identification; (2) the trial court erred by failing to designate two witnesses...
