James A. Gulick (Claimant) appeals an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed an order of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) terminating his benefits.

Claimant was employed by the Pepsi Cola Operating Company (Employer) as a bulk delivery driver, and on May 23, 1990, he sustained a work-related injury to his lower back. Employer issued a notice of compensation payable, which described Claimant's back injury as a "lumbar...
