WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Morris Willis, was charged by bill of information with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, fourth offense, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98(A) and (E). Following a jury trial, the defendant was convicted as charged. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve twelve and one-half years imprisonment at hard labor, one year of which was imposed without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
