I. BACKGROUND

Defendants Marvin Lee Holley, Charles Nathan Holland, and Billy Jay Gore are charged with a variety of offenses in a six count Indictment. All charges relate to the possession and distribution of marijuana and cocaine and the intentional killing of Ronald Avans.
