This is a devolutive appeal from the granting of a Motion for Summary Judgment in an action for damages that resulted from the use of an allegedly defective stove. The plaintiff, Nancy George, brought action against her homeowner's insurer, Louisiana Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and the manufacturer of the allegedly defective stove, White Consolidated Industries, Inc., to recover for damages sustained by her as a result of a grease fire.
