Defendant and codefendant O'Quinn were charged with multiple counts of burglary, ORS 164.225, and theft, ORS 164.055, arising out of two separate incidents of burglaries of different homes, during which guns were stolen. After trial to the court, both defendant and O'Quinn were found guilty of, among other crimes, two counts of burglary in the first degree (counts I and II). At sentencing, the court enhanced defendant's sentences on Counts I and II...
