Plaintiff appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment for defendants. We affirm.

On 21 April 1991, plaintiff was injured when the automobile he was driving collided with a vehicle driven and owned by defendant Angela Denise Bowden in Wilmington, North Carolina.
