Jason Garrett pleaded guilty to possession of more than 30 grams of cocaine base with the intent to distribute it, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); see also 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(B)(iii). The district court sentenced him to imprisonment for ten years and one month and to five years of supervised release.
