In this appeal, defendants Edwin Cedrington a/k/a Edwin Codrington1 and Edward Johnson appeal their convictions of second degree murder, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. Defendants were indicted, along with third defendant Terry Vasquez, for the murder of Tyrone Shropshire. Defendants were tried by a jury of twelve on September 16, 17, 18 and 19, 1997. On September 19, 1997, the jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged...
