¶ 1 Maximo Lee Salazar was tried by a jury and convicted of one count of First Degree Murder (21 O.S.Supp.1982, § 701.7(A)) and one count of First Degree Burglary (21 O.S.1981, § 1431) in the District Court of Comanche County, Case No. CRF-87-460.
