[¶ 1] Bruce Johnson appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brennan, J.) in favor of defendants Harry Andrews and Kent Lewis. Johnson contends that the court erred by: (1) applying an incorrect legal standard in its analysis of his claim seeking to pierce the corporate veil; and (2) failing to hold either Andrews or Lewis personally liable as fiduciaries.
