Appellants Derrick Harrell and Carl Presley appeal from convictions of rape, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, residential burglary, and theft. For reversal, they claim the trial court erred in denying their motion for new trial because of the State's nondisclosure of exculpatory impeachment material that related to the victim's credibility. Harrell also argues the court erred by denying his directed verdict as to his rape and kidnapping convictions...
