This case comes to us on appeal from a final judgment entered in favor of the plaintiffs Christine and Dennis Bielecki as coexecutors of the estate of Ernest Boissel. The defendant in that action, Lynne-Marie Boissel, appeals, alleging that the trial justice erred in denying her motion to dismiss made at the conclusion of the presentation of the plaintiffs' evidence and case...
