In this appeal, two express questions are presented to this Court: (1) which of two judgments signed by the Small Claims Court of Harris County, Precinct 5, Place 1 is the final judgment; and (2) did the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 have jurisdiction to hear the appeal. There is a third question that the parties do not raise: that of this Court's jurisdiction to hear the appeal. We raise this question...
