Plaintiffs, the City of Carencro and the Louisiana Municipal Risk Management Agency Workers' Compensation Fund, appeal a judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Kevin T. Faulk, and dismissing their claims at their cost. For the reasons set out below, we affirm.
