GASKINS, Judge.

Following a volatile domestic confrontation, the defendant, Grover L. Arnold, was charged in the murder of his girl friend's brother and the attempted murder of her sister. After a bench trial, he was convicted as charged of second degree murder, attempted second degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The trial court sentenced him to serve life imprisonment at hard labor without benefits for the murder, 10 years imprisonment...
