The defendants appeal from an order of the Superior Court (without opinion) denying their motion to compel arbitration of all claims against them,3 see the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. §§ 2 & 4 (1994), and to stay this action under § 3 of the FAA pending the conclusion of the arbitration.
