We affirm the summary denial of Monty Pavey's motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The trial court denied the motion on the basis that it was not properly sworn, but gave Pavey leave to file a motion in conformity with the rules.
