The appellant, Robert Green, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver as a result of a search of his duffel bag while he was a passenger on a Greyhound bus. The search revealed eighteen pounds of marijuana. After the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence, Mr. Green entered a conditional guilty plea pursuant to Ark. R.Crim. P. 24.3(b) and was sentenced to a seventy-two-month term of imprisonment...
