The appellant, Joe Little, was convicted of two counts of murder, a violation of § 13A-6-2, Ala.Code 1975, and one count of robbery, a violation of § 13A-8-41, Ala. Code 1975. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on each count; the sentences were to run concurrently.
