A St. Louis County jury convicted David Michael Barnett of two counts of first degree murder, one count of first degree robbery, and two counts of armed criminal action. Barnett was sentenced to death for each of the two murder counts and consecutive life sentences for the robbery and armed criminal action counts. This Court has jurisdiction of the appeal because the death sentence was imposed...
