Norris was convicted of one count each of kidnapping (OCGA § 16-5-40), making a false statement on a matter within the jurisdiction of a city (OCGA § 16-10-20), false imprisonment (OCGA § 16-5-41), and bigamy (OCGA § 16-6-20), two counts of battery (OCGA § 16-5-23.l), and four counts of cruelty to children (OCGA § 16-5-70).

The indictment alleged that Destiny Healey was the victim of the cruelty to children counts...
