Jenny Carol England was charged by accusation with DUI, OCGA § 40-6-391(a)(1), no proof of insurance, OCGA § 40-6-10, violation of the open container law, OCGA § 40-6-253, and operating a motor vehicle without first obtaining a valid driver's license after receiving notice that she was a habitual violator.
