AMIDEI, Justice.

Larry Carl Reynolds appeals from his conviction of possession of cocaine in an amount of less than 28 grams. TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.1151. After his motion to suppress evidence was denied, appellant pleaded guilty to the charge and the trial court sentenced him to five years imprisonment.
