On February 28, 1994 plaintiff James E. Owen (hereinafter plaintiff), as a pedestrian, was struck by a vehicle owned by Lois Williams and Albert Williams; approximately 10 to 15 minutes after the accident plaintiff noticed a sharp pain in his lower back.
