GRANT, Justice.

Anthony Session appeals from the revocation of his deferred adjudication. In the underlying case, he pled nolo contendere to aggravated sexual assault on a child under fourteen years of age. The court heard the evidence and placed Session on deferred adjudication for ten years and fined him $500. Four months later, the State filed a motion to proceed with adjudication.
