SAIF seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board that held that ORS 656.262(7)(b), which was enacted in 1995, applied retroactively, thereby entitling claimant to seven percent permanent partial disability (PPD). We review for errors of law, ORS 183.482(8), and affirm.
