Willis Thomas appeals a judgment from the Office of Workers' Compensation denying him compensation benefits, penalties, and attorney fees. Thomas, a patrolman for the Town of Arnaudville Police Department, was injured in an unwitnessed, one-car accident that occurred while he was on duty and in pursuit of a speeding vehicle.
