OPINION

McCORMICK, P.J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which BAIRD, OVERSTREET, KELLER, and HOLLAND, JJ., joined.

Appellant appealed his conviction for the misdemeanor offense of cruelty to animals. As one of the conditions of bail pending appellant's appeal, the trial court prohibited appellant from engaging in the business of training and kenneling dogs. We have exercised our discretionary authority to review the Court of Appeals' decision...
