In this appeal the primary issue argued is what legal standard of care applies to the driver of an ambulance being operated under emergency conditions. Plaintiff, Rollin Hoffert, was injured in an automobile accident involving an ambulance. Plaintiff claims the ambulance driver was negligent and reckless.
