EDMONDS, Judge.
Plaintiff appeals after the jury rendered a verdict for defendants Ron and Dennis Nunn. Defendants also make two cross-assignments of error, contending that the trial court erred in granting partial summary judgment to plaintiff and in denying their motion for summary judgment that plaintiff's claims are barred as a matter of law.
