The State appeals the granting of a motion to suppress. The trial court determined that the State did not have probable cause to arrest Alan Parson, that Parson was not in a suspicious place at the time of his arrest, and that there were no exigent circumstances. Consequently, the trial court found that the State was not justified in making a warrantless arrest under TEX.CODE CRIM. PROC. art. 14...
