This appeal arises from a grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Dr. Sheldon Gross, in a medical malpractice case. In five points of error, appellants, Timothy and Nancy Kahanek, argue that: (1) the trial court erred in denying appellants' motion for continuance; (2) the trial court erred in granting appellee's motion for summary judgment; (3) the trial court erred in imposing sanctions against appellants' counsel...
