Melvin Easley appeals from his conviction for murder. A jury convicted Easley and assessed his punishment at twenty-five years imprisonment. In ten points of error, Easley complains that the trial court made several erroneous evidentiary rulings, that he was prosecuted under a tardily presented indictment, and that the State failed to investigate mitigating circumstances in violation...
