Don Jenkins was certified by the Secretary of State as the Republican candidate for state representative, District 10, in the November 3, 1998 general election. The Democratic Party of Arkansas sued to have Mr. Jenkins's name removed from the ballot or, alternatively, to prohibit the counting...
